Sultanabad rugs, also known as Arak rugs, are a unique and highly prized style of rug originating from the Sultanabad region (now known as Arak) in western Asia. These rugs are admired for their distinct blend of traditional artistry and influences introduced during the 19th-century boom in demand for the carpets in the West.

Our rugs are 100% handmade by master weavers. Crafted with all vegetable-dyed, handspun wool and meticulously handwoven, this rug features a pile thickness of 1/4 inch, giving it an authentic antique feel and texture.
